Overview
As a Broker/Admin user, you can edit and update your Lender users' profiles from the Users - Lenders page. This article covers how to access a Lender's profile and explains each section you can update, including login info, settings, integrations, and company branding.
Lenders can also edit most of their profile information themselves from their My Profile page. Administrative settings — like user role, lead rotation, and restricted lender status — can only be edited by a Broker/Admin.
How to open a Lender's profile
Open the left-hand navigation menu in BoomTown.
Click the Admin tab to expand it.
Select Users - Lenders.
Click the name of the Lender whose profile you want to edit.
You'll land on the Lender's individual profile page.
Note: After making any changes, click the Update Lender button at the bottom of the page to save. Changes are not saved automatically.
Lender profile sections explained
The Lender profile page is divided into the following sections:

The Login Email is the Lender's log-in address for BoomTown and the address that receives all BoomTown-related emails.
To edit the email address: Click in the text box, make your changes, and click Update Login Email.
To reset the Lender's password: Click Reset Password. A temporary, randomly generated password is sent to the Lender's login email address.
