Category Audit Report (Broker/Admin)

A daily summary of your BoomTown leads by category with best practices for each and drill-down access to leads in Lead Central.

Category Audit Report

The Category Audit report provides Broker/Admins with a summary of Buyer and Buyer/Seller leads broken down by category, along with best practices for working leads in each one. The report updates every 24 hours β€” the date of the last update displays at the bottom of the page.

To access the Category Audit report, expand the Reporting section in your left-hand navigation menu and select Category Audit.

Note: Because the report updates every 24 hours, actions taken on a lead β€” such as changing their category or sending a text β€” will not reflect immediately. If you notice a discrepancy between the Category Audit and Lead Central, it's likely due to a recent action that hasn't been captured in the next update yet.

Sorting the Report

At the top of the page, Broker/Admin users can select a specific Buyer Agent to view their individual data. If no agent is selected, the report defaults to showing data for the entire team.

To exclude a specific agent from the team totals, click the filter icon above the dropdown and select their name. Excluded agents display with a strikethrough and their data is removed from the report while all other team members remain included.

Drilling Down the Report

Within each category, click any data point to open a filtered list of the corresponding leads in Lead Central.

Note: All data points in the Category Audit reflect all communication and actions taken on a lead β€” not just those by the assigned Buyer Agent.

Important: Lead Central opens in a new tab each time you select a data point. Make sure pop-ups are enabled for leads.boomtownroi.com in your browser. If your first attempt is blocked, look for the pop-up notification in your browser's URL bar and enable it from there.
