The Buyer Advertising Dashboard allows Broker/Admins to view a breakdown of monthly BoomTown buyer advertising spend and gain insight into lead website activity by area.
Note: The Buyer Advertising Dashboard is only relevant for teams using BoomTown's Digital Marketing services to generate buyer leads. If your team has never used these services, the dashboard will not display any data.
To access the Buyer Advertising Dashboard, expand the Reporting section in your left-hand navigation menu and select Buyer Advertising.
Note: Network Admin users can view Buyer Advertising data across all of their platforms. When first accessing the page, use the website dropdown to select a specific platform and view its data individually.
Advertising Summary
At the top of the page, you'll see a summary of the previous month's advertising activity:
Metric | Description |
Advertising Budget | Your total buyer advertising budget for the previous month. |
Advertising Spend | The amount spent from your budget for the previous month. |
Budget Allocation | A breakdown of how your budget was split between Facebook and Google Ads for the previous month. |
Lead Registrations Graph
Below the summary, a bar graph displays the number of lead registrations generated through advertising over the past 12 months, with the most recent month on the right.
Hover over any bar to see:
Number of lead registrations for that month
Total advertising spend for that month
Cost per lead (CPL) for that month
Note: All information above the Month dropdown is static and will not change based on your month selection. To access data beyond the 12 months shown, contact our Support Team.
Area Breakdown
Below the bar graph, a chart displays lead and listing activity broken down by area within your MLS. Use the Month dropdown to select the time period β this defaults to the prior month.
Column | Description |
Leads | The area that was advertised when leads initially came to the site. This may differ from the area where a lead ultimately registered. "Other" covers advertised content that cannot be classified to a specific area. A zero means no leads registered from advertising in that area during the selected period. |
Listing Views | The number of listings viewed by registered leads in that area. A zero means no leads viewed listings in that area, or the advertised area is not a city. |
Average List Price | The average list price of listings viewed in that area. |
Note: If you use neighborhood advertising, the neighborhood will appear under the city or area where it's located, followed by a colon and the neighborhood name. Because the area is not a city, Listing Views will not appear for the neighborhood row β those views are counted under the overall city data instead.
