Email Accountability Dashboard (Broker/Admin)

Track agent email activity in BoomTown, including leads emailed, attempt rates, response rates, and average reply times by agent.

The Email Accountability Dashboard allows Broker/Admins to view how many emails have been sent to active leads per agent for a selected date range, including attempt rates, response rates, and average reply times.

To access the Email Accountability Dashboard, expand the Reporting section in your left-hand navigation menu and select Email Accountability.

Note: Network Admin users can view Email Accountability data across all of their platforms. When first accessing the page, you'll see a combined overview for all websites β€” click the name of a specific platform to view its data individually.


Generating Your Report

Once you've selected your platform, configure the following criteria:

Description

Date Range

Select a Quick Date Range or click Custom Date Range to enter a specific start and end date.

Include Smart-Drip Emails

When selected, emails sent through Smart-Drip plans are included in the Leads Emailed count. This column will only reflect drip emails once the first Smart-Drip step has sent.

Include Bulk Emails

When selected, bulk emails sent by the agent are included in the Leads Emailed count.


Understanding Your Report

Each row in the report represents one agent. The columns are defined below.

Column

Description

Agent

Agent's first and last name.

Alerts

Number of open Messages the agent has not yet acted on or dismissed. Click the down arrow next to an agent to view their current messages.

Active Leads

Number of registered leads with valid email addresses assigned to the agent in active categories (New, Watch, Qualify, Nurture, Hot).

Leads Emailed

Number of active leads the agent has sent emails to during the selected date range. Includes Smart-Drip and bulk emails if those options are selected at the top of the report.

Attempt Rate

Percentage calculated by comparing the number of active leads emailed to the total number of active leads assigned to the agent.

Responses

Number of active leads who replied to an email from the agent during the selected date range.

Response Rate

Percentage calculated by comparing the number of leads who replied to the number of leads emailed.

Avg Time for Agent to Reply

For the selected date range, the average time between when the agent received a lead's email and when the agent replied.
