Display Requirements
Coming Soon listings only display on your BoomTown website when your MLS feed provides both of the following:
The Coming Soon listing status
The On Market Date or Estimated Active Date
Not all MLS feeds include both fields.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I filter for Coming Soon listings on my website? Coming Soon listings appear among New and Active listings by default. To isolate them, use the Coming Soon Listing Status filter, found under the property Type options on your website.
Will Coming Soon listings appear on the HomeSearchNOW app? Yes. Coming Soon listings are available in the HomeSearchNOW app, along with a Listing Status filter to isolate them.
Can I create a Coming Soon-only e-Alert for my leads? A dedicated Coming Soon e-Alert is not currently available. Coming Soon is a precursor status to New, so Coming Soon listings are grouped with Active and New listings in e-Alerts. They will be delivered to leads the same way New listings are, once they're visible on your website. Leads can identify Coming Soon listings by the sash or banner displayed on the listing. The sash is removed automatically when the listing updates to Active in the MLS.
