Seller Leads Suite Overview

Track, filter, and work seller leads — including home valuations, address-only entries, owner lookups, and RPR property data.

Overview

The Seller Leads Dashboard is the home for your seller leads — specifically, all home valuations completed on your Home Valuation Page. Use it to filter leads by property location or details (price, type, beds, etc.), access RPR property data, and convert address-only contacts into full leads.

Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to the left-hand menu bar and select Seller Leads.

Note: If you don't see this option, the Broker/Owner of your site has not opted into the Seller Lead Suite feature.

Dashboard Columns

The Seller Dashboard includes standard columns from Lead Central, plus a few unique to this view:

Lead Name First and last name, IP address location, and phone number. Because each home valuation is logged as a new entry, you may see multiple entries for the same lead.

Category The lead's category.

Seller Property The address entered when the home valuation was performed. Click the address to view the home valuation report that lead received.

Low Estimate / High Estimate The automated low and high price estimates for the property. Displays "N/A" if estimates were unavailable at the time of valuation.

Valuation Date How long ago the home valuation was performed.

e-Alert Number and type of e-Alerts set up for the lead.

Latest Communication The most recent communication logged in the lead's profile.

Take Action Send an email or log a call. Note: texting is not available from this column — go to Lead Central or the lead profile to send a text.

Filtering the Dashboard

Use the left-hand filters to narrow your list. As an agent, you can view all leads currently assigned to you and, if enabled, Address-Only contacts.

Available filters:

Lead Type — Buyer, Seller, Buyer/Seller, or Address-Only

Seller Property Location — Filter by a specific property address, city, or zip code

Seller Property Details — Filter by price, beds, baths, square footage, and property type

Categories — New, Qualify, Hot, Nurture, Watch, Pending, Closed, Archive, and Trash

Note: Filter selections are not sticky — they clear automatically when you navigate away from the Seller Leads Dashboard. To manually clear all active filters, use the blue Reset filter button at the bottom of the filters list.

Search for Owners (Reverse Address Lookup)

An Address-Only entry represents a visitor who entered their address on the Home Valuation page but left before completing registration. You can use Reverse Address Lookup to find potential property owners and convert these into full contact leads.

Note: You will only see Address-Only entries that come through your agent subdomain, unless your Broker/Owner has enabled access to all company-generated Address-Only entries for your account.

Running a Lookup

  1. Click the Search for owners link under the Lead Name column for the Address-Only entry.

  2. You can navigate away from the Seller Leads Dashboard while the lookup processes.

  3. When complete, a new reverse address lookup result! A notification banner will appear at the top of your screen. Click it to return to your Seller Leads Dashboard.

  4. Under the Lead Name column, you'll see either the number of matches found or a No matches found result.

  5. Click the # matches found link to open the Reverse Address Lookup Results modal.

Working with Results

The modal displays potential owner names and phone numbers for the property.

  • Each result defaults to Not sure for the "Is this the owner?" option.

  • If you've verified an owner, select Yes and click Add Lead to convert the Address-Only entry into a full contact lead. The owner's name, address, and phone number will auto-populate in the Add a New Lead modal.

  • If a result is confirmed not to be the owner, select No and click Save and close.

Note: The (On Do Not Call list) indicator is provided by LandVoice and flags numbers on the national Do Not Call list.

You can also manually create a full contact lead from an Address-Only entry by clicking the blue add lead icon under the Lead Name column.

Fields will not auto-populate using this method and must be entered manually.

Realtors Property Resource (RPR) Integration

If your Broker/Owner has opted into the Seller Lead Suite, you can access RPR directly from the Seller Leads Dashboard.

Realtors Property Resource (RPR) is a member benefit provided to all Realtors by the National Association of Realtors. It is a comprehensive property and market database.

Accessing RPR Links

Click the arrow next to any valuation address in the Seller Property column to reveal the following options:

View Valuation — Opens the BoomTown property valuation your lead received in a new tab.

Note: When viewing a valuation this way, you'll see it from the perspective of an unregistered visitor, so agent assignment details may not reflect the lead's actual valuation.

View RPR Summary — Opens the RPR Summary page for the property in a new tab.

Create RPR CMA — Opens the RPR Comp Analysis page for the property in a new tab.

Generate RPR Reports — Opens a page of available RPR report options for the property in a new tab.

Logging In to RPR

The first time you click an RPR link, you'll be redirected to RPR and asked to sign in or create a free account.

Tip: Check Keep me signed in for 2 weeks to avoid logging in every time you access an RPR link from your dashboard.
