Overview
BoomTown Training University offers free courses covering everything from beginner basics to advanced topics. Attending training sessions is one of the fastest ways to get up to speed on the BoomTown platform, whether you're new to the software or looking to deepen your skills.
The Fundamentals Series includes three core courses that are the recommended starting point for all new BoomTown users:
Lead Experience (Day 1) — Introduces the fundamental components of BoomTown and explains how leads are captured on your website.
Lead Management (Day 2) — Focuses on logging into the BoomTown CRM and walks through lead registration and search.
Lead Communication (Day 3) — Covers best practices for communication, including how to create email and text templates.
How to access BoomTown Training University
To open Training University from your BoomTown account:
Log in to leads.boomtownroi.com.
On the left-side navigation, click Support to expand the menu.
Click Training.
You'll land on the Training University homepage, where you'll see the three Fundamentals courses and any additional trainings available to your plan.
How to enroll in a Fundamentals course
Each Fundamentals course combines an interactive webinar with recorded content. To enroll:
From the Training University homepage, click the course you want to take (for example, Interactive: Fundamentals - Lead Experience (Day 1)).
Click Enroll for free.
Watch the first video in the module.
On the next page, titled Access the Interactive Webinar Registration and Recording Here, click Register Here.
On the webinar registration page, open the drop-down at the bottom of the screen and choose one of the following:
A live webinar time that fits your schedule, or
Watch a Replay to access a recorded version of the session.
Click Sign Up Now to confirm your registration.
⚠ Important: To receive credit for completing a course, you must attend the live moderated webinar and click the Complete & Continue button at the bottom of the webinar registration page. For live sessions, you must complete at least 2/3 of the session to earn credit.
Live virtual training
Live virtual trainings can be attended from any device with internet access — desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile. These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding of BoomTown and provide insight into your leads' activity.
During each live session you can:
Ask questions in a private 1:1 chat with the trainer.
Access a curated list of resources shared during the webinar.
Interact in real time with the moderator.
Fundamentals Series courses
The three Fundamentals courses are available to BoomTown users on the Core, Grow, and Advance platforms:
BoomTown | Fundamentals: Lead Experience (Day 1) — Recognize the sales potential of online leads, navigate BoomTown's three main components, explore lead sources, and identify what buyers and sellers can do on your website.
BoomTown | Fundamentals: Lead Management (Day 2) — Log into the BoomTown CRM and learn how leads register and search on your site.
BoomTown | Fundamentals: Lead Communication (Day 3) — Build effective email and text templates using proven communication best practices.
Frequently asked questions about BoomTown Training
Do I need to pay for Training University? No. All courses in BoomTown Training University are free for BoomTown users on the Core, Grow, and Advance platforms.
Can I watch training on any device? Yes. Live virtual trainings can be attended from any device with internet access, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
Do I have to attend the live session, or can I watch a recording? Both options are available. When you register for a course, you can select a live session time or choose Watch a Replay to access the recorded version.
