How to Add Your Listings

Listings are pulled into the My Listings page using the Agent MLS # field in your profile page.

To enter your Agent ID, just click on your photo icon in the upper right corner of your account, then choose My Profile.

Once in your profile settings, just scroll to the Personal Info section and enter your Agent and Office MLS IDs.

If your MLS does not support Agent MLS numbers, then your Office MLS ID will be used to populate the listings.


How to Use 'My Listings'

When you obtain a listing, it's vital that you market and maintain interest in that property. The My Listings page allows you to do this through updates of the properties from your MLS.

Tracking Listing Performance

My Listings tracks three key metrics for each of your properties:

  • Views (unique visitors)

  • Favorites

  • Inquiries

The page displays listing activity on a weekly basis with color-coded indicators. When activity increases over the previous week, the percent change appears in green. When it decreases, the percent change appears in red. Both weekly and all-time numbers are displayed for views and favorites.

Understanding the Metrics

Views: The number shown represents distinct visitors, not total page views. If a visitor views the property multiple times, they're counted only once.

Favorites: This number reflects currently favorited listings and may decrease if leads remove the property from their favorites list. Clicking on the "favorites all time" number takes you to Lead Central, where a new Activity column provides detailed lead information.

Prospecting with Best-Fit Leads

Beyond tracking existing lead activity, you can prospect for new opportunities using the Best-Fit Leads tool. Click the Best-Fit Leads button to search for leads that match the property's criteria.

Results populate in Lead Central for further action.

Send Listings to Leads

Using the Best-Fit Leads button on the My Listings page, you can pull up a list of leads that are deemed Best-Fit for each specific property. This will then open the list in Lead Central.

Once there, you can select leads in your results list individually and create a customized email list by clicking the check box next to each lead's fit score. You also have the option to select all leads or all leads that are displaying on the page.

Leads that do not have a valid email address or that have opted-out of emails will be included in your results list, but can not be emailed.

Once you've selected your email list, just click the Email button-- which will also display the number of leads you have selected-- to open the email composition window.

We recommend that you create a template to use for Best-Fit Leads or targeted bulk emailing in general. You'll want to be sure to use the Insert Listings button to include links to listings the lead may be interested in.

When searching for a specific property, a template including a link to that property will be auto-populated for you. Feel free to edit the content of the email before sending it off!

The email composition box will appear after you've clicked Email. If the box does not appear, you'll want to check that your browser is allowing pop-ups for leads.boomtownroi.com.
